HLA and Other Population Genetics of Blood Donors Resident in Wales

  • The index below lists various Tables covering HLA and other frequency data mainly derived from blood donors on the Welsh bone marrow Donor Registry. Most of this work has been published, is 'in press' or is at the manuscript preparation stage.
  • Data from: Darke C, Guttridge MG, Thompson J, McNamara S, Street J, Thomas M. HLA class I (A,B) and II (DR,DQ) gene and haplotype frequencies in blood donors from Wales. Exp Clin Immunogenet 1998: 15: 69-83.
